We pride ourselves in being able to evolve our process to meet each clients' unique needs.
1. The Introduction. The best way to establish a relationship and provide you with the services that best suit your project is by scheduling an initial consultation. During this meeting we will use this time to really get to know you, gather photos and necessary measurements of the space, identify the scope of work, understand any budget requirements and get a feel for what style speaks to you that we can then pair with our own style and expertise. At this meeting, we can usually provide an estimate of how many hours we think the design labor will be.
2. The Plan.We will meet again to deliver our design proposal. During this proposal you will receive your design folder, which will typically include a mood board of our top recommended collection of products followed by product pages that include the items specs and costs, along with some additional items to consider that can be mixed and matched within the proposal. This will allow you to have an understanding of where running totals are along with allowing you to control the budget from your end by selecting products that achieve what is most important to you. If your project includes building materials, we will provide actual samples for you to see at this meeting as well.
3. The Selection.Once you have received the proposal, you simply let us know which items you have selected or if you would like one additional round of recommendations for any of the items. If your project requires subcontracted work, you can choose to have us bring in the necessary subcontractors we have strong relationships with, or work with any you prefer to use. We will then relay the information needed in order to provide you with a bid for this work. Once final selections are made, we will place the order for all products/materials needed, and identify the project timeline based on item ETA’s, sub-contractor schedules and the scope of work.

4. The Install. We will be involved each step of the way through any necessary sub contracted work to ensure everything is happening according to the plan. Depending on the scope of the project, we may schedule one or multiple “install dates” where we will be on site and staging the space with accessories that will help pull the whole look together. This is the best part of the whole process, where our clients really get to see “the big reveal” of everything we have worked towards together!
